Helping Service-Based Businesses Grow With Clarity and Intention

About Map Rank

We help service-based businesses grow through clear strategy, high-intent demand, and systems that convert interest into booked calls.

Our work focuses on one thing: building predictable inbound demand for businesses that sell high-value services. That means prioritizing clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes over vanity metrics or short-term tactics.

We don’t run “one-size-fits-all” campaigns or sell generic packages. Every engagement starts by understanding the business, the market, and the buying journey. From there, we design and execute systems that align search visibility, paid traffic, and conversion so growth is intentional and repeatable.

Our approach works best for companies that care about lead quality, long-term results, and clean execution — not volume for the sake of volume.

Meet Our Team

I’m Rob, founder of Map Stack.

I’ve been building and running service-based businesses from an early age. My first venture was a small telemarketing business — and it failed. That experience taught me early lessons about sales, positioning, cash flow, and what actually drives growth in local service businesses.

From there, I built a long-term career in fitness and coaching, where I went on to successfully run and grow a personal training business. Over the years, I’ve worked not just as a trainer, but also in gym sales, operations, staff training, and development. I’ve managed teams, built client acquisition systems, and worked closely with local, boutique, and service-based businesses where margins matter and lead quality is critical.

That background gives me a practical understanding of how small and local businesses actually operate — the constraints they face, the importance of consistent leads, and the need for marketing that supports revenue, not just visibility.

Today, I bring that same operator mindset to growth and marketing. I partner with business owners who care about building something sustainable and want a clear, honest approach to acquiring customers. I don’t believe in shortcuts or generic strategies. I focus on building systems that fit the business, the market, and the stage of growth.

If you’re looking for someone who understands service-based businesses from the inside — and wants to work alongside you as a partner, not just a vendor — that’s how I approach every engagement.
